Chinese Opera Western Style

I woke up to this email from Nonesuch Records. Stephin Merritt of the Magnetic Fields just put out a record singing sonsg inspired Chinese Opera!! And he even sings in a Chinese accent. It's funny and lovely and tuneful. It's oddly beautiful!
